Terrible..sad news..

We just heard on the news that Micheal Jackson has passed away..

I loved him very much when I was younger, even my late uncle knew I loved him and bought me his Bad cassette back in the days.

May you rest in peace Micheal, you will be forever in my heart,

Good grief..

Good grief, I am such a lazy kiwi! Been 2 months since I last blogged...I confess..I will say 50 hail "Annie is a lazy kiwi" for bein so darn diddly lazy.

Actually I have been doing some sewing, I have made a dress for my step granddaughter, Now if I can find my camera I will prove it. I know I put my camera down where I will not forget it...HAH ..doh.. *slaps forehead* I better hurry up and find it as I have almost finished another dress!

Wednsday blendsday

Today I feel blah. Been solong since I blogged last and today I just feel blah.

Whilst partner is away..

Missus will play..I drove myself all the way to another town (Whangarei, NZ) for the very first time all by myself..long story but to cut it short I have only had my licence for 18 months.

I bought myself some fabric (of course) and some patterns for some easy quick sewing.

I just finished my hooded sweater! well almost..here is what it looks like..

It is a very soft pastel purple color. So pretty! First piece of clothing I have ever made!

If no one reads my blog at least I can look bac and be proud of myself.

Well..

Turns out it was not food poisening of sorts..seems like my stomach cannot handle seafood. I have tried many varieties, but everytime I feel very ill after. I can have fish than goodness, but anything else is a no-no! Not fair, as it tasted good too!

I have just found an awesome website,sew mama sew, and have just entered in a fq sqwap where you swap fat quarters of fabric, this sounds so much fun!

What a day to start blogging..I started to mow our lawns today..ended up with a asthma attack and food poisening.

Good thing tho, I have started to make a quilt of doggies, from one of my quilting magazines. Little doggies inside a door to their kennels.
